Why Choose Zener Marine International Group

Established Since 2008

With over 15 years of specialized marine and offshore experience, we have built our reputation one intervention at a time. In 2025 alone, our teams completed more than 350 technical interventions across diverse vessel types and offshore assets — steady growth driven not by volume targets, but by real field experience in live operational environments.

Bureau Veritas-Aligned Quality Framework

Our internal processes are aligned with the standards of our Bureau Veritas-certified parent company, ensuring consistency, structure, and accountability across every project. We operate under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified systems, with additional compliance under EU Directive 2014/33/EU (Module H1), CE Marking for Lifts, and ITC-AEM-1 certification. Every project is fully documented and traceable — from first assessment to final sign-off.

Offshore-Ready by Design

Operating in offshore and high-risk environments is not an add-on for us — it is a core qualification. Our teams hold OPITO BOSIET, FOET, STCW, NR33-35, and GWO certifications, with region-specific credentials covering Brazil, Norway, and West Africa. All personnel meet OGUK Offshore Medical standards, and our operations are backed by comprehensive marine and offshore insurance covering fixed and floating units, DP vessels, and offshore platforms.

Global Reach. Controlled Execution

We operate across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa (West and North), and Asia-Pacific — with the ability to deploy technical teams on short notice to any port worldwide. Every mobilization is aligned with vessel itineraries, port call schedules, and dry-dock timelines, ensuring our presence never disrupts your operations. Whether you need support in port, at dry-dock, or at sea, we are there. ShipServ ID: 214290.

Original Parts. No Exceptions.

Every component used in our works is genuine and manufacturer-approved — no substitutions, no grey-market sourcing, no improvisation. We maintain strict spare parts management and logistics coordination to ensure the right part reaches the right vessel at the right time, with full traceability from first install to last replacement.

Proven Performance. 4.7 / 5.0 Client Feedback Score (2025)

Our track record speaks for itself. Across every vessel type and offshore asset we serve, our teams are committed to minimal disruption, precise execution, and strict alignment with vessel schedules. Time-critical works demand a partner who understands operational pressure — and delivers without shortcuts.

Modernization

Modernizing an elevator is a good investment, saving on maintenance costs, greater reliability and a better image for the customer.

Natural wear

Mechanical parts may have better conditions after years of use but electrical and signaling systems may need to be replaced.

Current legislation and modern expectations

Safety regulations may have changed since the ship was launched, and aesthetics that were ultramodern a few years ago might now look a bit old-fashioned.

Cost effective solutions

Modernization will actually reduce the owning and operating cost and increase the uptime.

Quality services, guaranteed security

We provide maintenance services for our own and other suppliers’ elevators on ships. We can assist with all elevator-related services – from regular annual inspections to maintenance and repairs, including planned modernisations and general overhauls.

Our objective is to keep the elevators always operational through an efficient maintenance plan that ensures the availability and reliability of the system and complies with current regulations. In the event of a breakdown, our technicians will respond quickly and efficiently in order to ensure minimal disruption.

Maintenance and Repair
Elevator problems aren’t always obvious, but being aware of common ones can help keep your marine elevator operational. Pay attention to maintenance: if there is a lack (or none) of maintenance performance of the marine elevator will go down and fatal errors will happen more often.
Mandatory annual inspections
Our technicians are qualified to attest the annual inspections that ensure that the elevators comply with the current regulations.

In case of an accident with a marine elevator you can be held liable as an owner in case of negligence by the owner of an elevator. Your insurance company would in such cases not cover for damages either.

Spare parts
We stock a wide range of quality spare parts by known and trusted brands for all makes and types of lifts so that we can provide you with reliable repairs promptly without any need for delays while you wait for a delivery.
