Safety Inspections, Maintenance and Repair
The marine elevator troubleshooting is not always obvious, but being aware of common ones can help keep your marine elevator operational. Pay attention to maintenance: if there is a lack (or none) of maintenance performance, the marine elevator will go down and fatal errors will happen more often, even leading to totally unwanted fatal accidents.
Safety inspections and criminal liabilities

In case of an accident with a marine elevator you can be held liable as an owner in case of negligence by the owner of an elevator. Your insurance company would in such cases not cover for damages either.

Ask you provider about Maritime Civil Liability insurance and ensure that who is on board is the same as who appears on the policy, avoiding surprises, costs and undesirable legal repercussions.
